Face Value

why does it say under a TV-14 rating "Content may be inappropriate for those under 13?

Just wondering. Shouldn't it say to those under 14? however I like it better that way. Just wondering. but sometimes it says 13 not 14.

2. It basically means the same thing and PG 13, except TV-14 is just used for shows and PG 13 is used for movie. and tv-14 says unsuitable for children under the age of 14
